Description
At the turn of the last century, Old Market Square was the site of Winnipeg's fire hall. Since then, it has been converted into a much-needed green space in the center of the downtown core. During the summer months, it is a good spot to enjoy a take-away lunch from the many restaurants in the area, including the Fyxx and the Glass Onion. This is also the site of numerous festivals and concerts—for more details on event scheduling, contact the Exchange District Biz office.
