Bistro Bohemia Restaurant, Winnipeg

I visit this restaurant regularly mainly for the home cooking and freshness of the food, the cream of mushroom soup is fantastic as is the seafood chowder. Last time I was there I had chicken schnitzel which was basically an enormous chicken finger but it was excellent served with homemade potato salad and a couple of pieces of fruit. The parking is a pain and it is packed every lunch hour so get there early, they don't take reservations and are sometimes a little slow but its cheap and delicious. Beats the hell out of any chain restaurant in town.
