This is truly a unique restaurant located in the center of the city. This ethnic delight offers almost as much theatre as it does cuisine. Prepared by skilled chefs, the menu is sliced and diced at your table with excellent showmanship in the traditional Japanese Teppanyaki manner. Everything from steak to seafood, and of course sushi, is available at the Ichiban, although the land-based fare is highly recommended. Prices are moderately high and the usual clientele found in this Japanese garden setting consists of business people and others looking for an excellent show and good food.
