We loved Numero Uno...until recently. We would not only get pizza, but the calzones and chicken caesar used to be excellent. In February, we ordered and were really disappointed. Calzones burnt, chicken caesar terrible. We ordered a second time thinking we would give it another chance....same exact thing...burnt calzones and terrible salad. We wanted to let the owner's know what was happening, but there is not email to contact them...this was the only place we could see to comment. There are much better choices for pizza in town than the recently changed numero uno here in Camarillo.

Horrible food. Rude and abusive service. Ever since the new owners took over, the food and service has deteriorated.

We love Numero Uno we love great pizza we never and I mean never stray from the best. If you want to know our best kept secret for pizza fine here it is this little place in Camarillo called Numero Uno, they have the absolute best thick crust pizza, there cats outta the bag! Had them again and they did not dissapoint, the slaughter house five is addicting and so are the romano bread puffs

We ordered a pizza and decided to dine in I'm glad we did the service was really great, they were extremely nice. We had the thick crust with the works on it and it was so good, the meatballs really stood out but so did all the fresh toppings, there was four of us and we could not finish a large, medium would have been the better choice. We took two big slices home and had them for lunch the next day. We took a menu home after learning they deliver and they gave us coupons for next time we order.

the pizza is pretty good but it is ridiculously expensive. I thought itd be a good quick eat by the looks of the place which gives off that vibe but it was actually a very expensive venture and the pizza took long. The staff is nice and its a simple atmosphere. This is basically catered to carry out. We got the deep dish margharitta which is very good but the deep dish is very doughy. Overall Id honestly get something else for the price

My husband had Numero Uno of Camarillo Cater his staff of twenty last week and he said all they could do was rave about the food. It arrived a little early and the pizza and spaghetti & meatballs were great.

WHAT A SHAME THIS SITE REMOVES HONEST REVIEWS!!! I noticed that all the reviews that weren't posted by the owner of this business (i.e. ALL 5 stars, surprisingly) have been removed. I guess the owner of this business is paying Yahoo to do this out of fear that his bad reputation for cheating customers will get out even more. This guy is really something, even going as low as posting bogus reviews on other Numero Uno sites! I personally ordered pizza from this place and it had immitation cheese and hardly any toppings - it was an hour late and overpriced to boot! I think it's time that everybody email Yahoo and tell them to stop deceiving their users by editing these posts - there's a good reason why there are negative reviews on this place!

My son's favorite place so that's who we chose for catered food for my son's graduation party. We ordered several different pizzas both thick and thin crust this way everyone is pleased and they were. Then I ordered 3 party platters plus two large pastas. Let me just tell you this, I will NEVER order another party platter from Costo or the supermarket again, you get what you pay for period! These platters were amazing works of art, everything tasted so good, and due to the freshness, all of the food held up throughout the very long party. The lasagna was sooo rich and good it was the party hit, and the first thing to go, the sausage, onions and peppers over pasta, also a big hit with the boys, I really can't say enough good things about Numero Uno, this day was made special in large part because the food was so good. One more big plus, they delivered all this food to my house FOR FREE, this helped me out so much because my day was already so full, thank you Numero Uno you really are Numero Uno in our home and hearts.

We eat here no less than once a week, their pizza is great, we get the thick crust because that's what they specialize in, but they also make a tasty thin crust too. We also order their pastas for our dinner parties, the spicy penne pomodora with sausage, the meatballs, and the four cheese ravioli with their maranara seem to be my favorites. I sometimes stop in for lunch and get the crispy chicken salad with extra marinated red onions(I really love those darn things)or I get the calzone with spinach, sausage, and garlic, or a sub usually meatball or the Italian cold cut, I have had their cheese cake as well, it's made fresh and they often are sold out, so if you get a chance to get your hands on a slice consider yourself lucky, all very good. The portions are very big and I always seem to have leftovers, that's the best part, everything so far has re-heated and tasted great the next day. The people that work there are very nice and seem to love what they do, you can taste the love in their food, so if you want all the bang for your buck and really tasty food, try them and I promise you will not regret it and then they will become your guilty pleasure as well.
