I have noticed this resturand is in very poor shape with regards to leadership. There is only (1) manager for all shifts. She is rarely there and leaving POORLY TRAINED employees to fend for themselves. This is evident in that employees seem confused and frustrated even with few customers in the lobby, the lines tend to get long much faster than they should because emp's are not up to speed and have no leadership available to guide them. Employees do not seem know when to due line prep (as they run out of product much to often and do not have anything prepared in the back to replace it. This is, in my professional opinion, due to a lack of leadership. I recently ordered a footlong sub and was not pleased with thee outcome. I had to request that more than (6) olive slices be placed on my sandwich. I had received my sub and found that the bread was hard and stale and I had to go through the whole process again. On another recent visit to your establishment I purchased 6 footlong combinations and when I tried to pay for it with a $100.00 bill I had to go across the street to a small local market to get change because there was insufficent funds in your store to make change. This should not be acceptable for a business of this type or a sale of this type.
If leadership at this resturant is not made a top priority and employees are not properly trained I will discontinue patronizing your establishment. I look forward to a rapid change and hope that this review is taken as constructive criticism and given due attention.
