A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/24/09
My husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary this past weekend on the Southern Belle dinner cruise and were very pleased with the cruise. Everything was great from the seating, the food, the servers, and especially the band. They made it very fun, personable, and enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return again!!!

Not worth the wasted time
By Shonda, 07/04/09
This was the worst thing I have ever paid to do. I thought my husband and I could celebrate our 10 year anniversary doing something different and memoriable. The cruise lasted about an hour and half and the best part of it was when it was over. The most exciting thing we saw was some ducks. They pointed out some different things, a steel factor, training grounds for the local police, people's houses and docks and some bridges. Wow, I will never forget this anniversary. I can say that was when we wasted our money on that "Riverboat Cruise" and saw those ducks.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/08
The Southern Belle dinner cruise was amazing!!! I went on my 10th wedding anniversary... and my husband and I are going back this April for our 15th anniversary. The food, service, and music was fabulous... and it is an affordable, pleasurable evening you will cherish and remember for a lifetime!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

nice scenery... food not so great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/08/08
they need more menu options, especially for vegetarians, but it was a beautiful ride! lots to look at and comfortable seating if you weren't into walking around. bring a jacket though, even in the dead tennessee heat it gets chilly up on the deck.

Lunch time cruise to the way to go!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/05/07
My husband and I took the Lunch buffet cruise. It was only $38.00 for the two of us- that includes the lunch buffet and cruise tickets, gratuity and taxes. This was the 12:00 cruise. I did not like the fact that the tables were so close together, but with a lunch buffet, it does not take long for the meal to start and end. They let you begin eating as soon as you get on the boat while it's still docked. We had already finished our meal by the time we set sail and we were free to roam around the ship (all three decks) and enjoy the view! They do have tickets available without the lunch buffet, for the third deck and they do have an awning for you to sit under and a concession stand of sorts. Check with the hotel you may be staying at because some have special deals for these cruises, tickets as little as $2.00 a person( no lunch)! (we found that out from someone on our cruise). All in all, it was a great cruise and we would do it again. One special note is that it was very relaxed and laid back for the 12:00 cruise, but as we departed the ship, the 2:00 cruise (which meets in the gift store area) was packed. My advice would be to go on the earliest cruise you can. I would not even consider doing a dinner cruise where it would be even more crowded and cramped (tables are toooo close together to even consider it as ROMANTIC!).

Papa John's Cruise - GREAT
By julie, 07/31/07
We went on this cruise and my entire family loved it! We will take another cruise when we return to Chattanooga. I definitely recommend this for families. Our children are six and four and they loved every minute of it.

By Diane E., 09/13/06

Good food,so-so service, too many people
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/03/06
The food was good, service was not good, very crowded. I generally liked it but it was very crowded.(elbow to elbow) We went on the dinner cruise so with parking, cruise and picture for two people everything was $100. It was fun to experience one time but for the price and as many people as you have to deal with we will not go again.
