The food used to be pretty good. In the past few years the food, at best, has become mediocre. The staff constantly changes. Delays can be atrocious on weekends.
When Olive Garden opens, I predict this place will disappear.
My husband and I use to live in Biloxi and decided to stop here while traveling through the area this past week. The service was not very good and the food just didn't seem to be cooked right. In fact, I remember my husband saying he had a few other bad experiences at this particular Ruby Tuesday previously. The only reason we ate here was because it was next to our hotel. Definitely will make sure we don't go back again though.
I like this restaurant chain better than Chili’s. The ribs are guaranteed to be good - it states it right on their menu. Once, I ordered a top sirloin that was cooked right, but was a little dry. Another time, I ordered the same dish and sent it back to the kitchen. Even the second steak the waitress brought to the table wasn’t cooked right. Still an okay steak though. The salad bar is fresh and difficult not to order because you have to pass it on the way to your table. The service is good and the prices are average.
