Popo's Mexican Food, Roswell

Best mexican food in Roswell!!!! Love it and would recommend it to any and everyone! Yes the building could use a remodel, but that does not take away from the delicious flavor of the food.

Its kind of blah food. Not a clean place. They need to clean more.

Used to work for the owner. Fruity was his nick name. Greatest guy you will ever meet. He has always had the best in Mexican food anywhere. One person wanted him to come to his home state and open one there. He makes all his stuff from scratch and even the health inspectors said his was the best. Even if you live in Roswell or just passing through stop in and eat some of the best mexican food in the southwest.

Great food and at a great price. We were on vaction and read the good reviews on yahoo and gave it a try. Order the #1 and you will have doggy bag for later. Service was excellent.

Lunchtime at Popo's is absolutely packed with locals who know where to find a great , cheap, mexican feed. No X-Files to be found here, just good, solid, Tex-Mex.

I have been going to POPOS since it opened. I have lived in Roswell for 20+ years. This is the best mexican food in town. The wait staff is very good and fast. The place is clean and the food is very reasonable. I highly recommend a meal at POPO'S whenever time permits.

Yummy food...but noisy!

This is absolutely one of the best places in ROSWELL to eat Mexican food. There combination plates are great, the mexican chicken fried steak is the best. I haven't eaten anything I didn't like and I have been eating there for at least 15 yrs.
