Do not eat here!!! I have knowledge of the workings of this company, and they treat their employees like crap! There is a tip jar on the counter - don't be fooled the money ends up going into the owners' deep pockets, not the hard-working, poorly paid people you see working. They distribute the 'tips' every three months, and they have a 'cleaning party' that you have to attend to get your 'tip' check. Doesn't sound too bad - here's where it gets messed up. Right about the time of the tip check, the restaurant mysteriously goes through massive personnel changes, firing people, messing with schedules so people have to quit, not giving enough hours so people have to get a job elsewhere, changing schedules at the last minute to screw people up, etc. Voila, there's several people they don't have to pay 'tips' to - and do their shares get distributed to the rest of the employees - yeah, right. They also use the threat of the tip check as a 'management' tool - they subtract money from workers' checks for little screw-ups like not breaking down a cardboard box, all sorts of bs reasons to take their money. I personally loved their food, but when I found out about their unfair practices, I never went back and will never go back and can only encourage anyone who reads this to support your local food service personnel and boycott this place.
