Tops for Shoes
Whether you're looking for a breezy pair of sandals, some comfortable mules or flirty high-heels, you've come to the right place. Indulge your shoe fetish and come pour over the latest colors and styles. Don't look for Nine West here, though; this is strictly uptown merchandise. Names like Adrienne Vittadini, Bisou Bisou, Chinese Laundry and Van Eli line the shelves. Try on a pair of shiny chartreuse cut out pumps and you will feel like a new woman. And gentlemen, do not be shy. There's plenty here for you, too.
Knowledgeable sales people actually FIT your shoes . . . I didn't know people DID that anymore, outside of the high priced boutiques. This is worth putting on your shopping route when you're visiting Asheville . . .save money and get great shoes at the same time. Oh, and did I mention they NEVER rush you, or your decision process?
There were many salespeople; however, not asked, "may I help you" "do you need anything" instead I was treated as though I was invisible. There were only two in the store and I witnessed the other young lady get the same treatement. It is sad this is still an issue topshas a long way to go in customer service for "All".
I will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been to Tops For Shoes several times. The last time I went was just recently and I was treated like horribly by the owner. Drinks are not allowed in the store which is understandable. So I was in the middle of asking a salesperson if I could leave my coffee at the counter when the owner snatched my coffee out of my hand and threw it in the trash can. I couldn't believe it, he didn't say a word to me. I asked who that man was and the salesperson told me it was the owner. So I immediately left the store and I don't plan on going back, they probably won't miss me since I only buy 1 or 2 pairs of shoes each visit but I am a paying customer and every little bit helps in this awful economy.
