Tops for Shoes

I've been to Tops For Shoes several times. The last time I went was just recently and I was treated like horribly by the owner. Drinks are not allowed in the store which is understandable. So I was in the middle of asking a salesperson if I could leave my coffee at the counter when the owner snatched my coffee out of my hand and threw it in the trash can. I couldn't believe it, he didn't say a word to me. I asked who that man was and the salesperson told me it was the owner. So I immediately left the store and I don't plan on going back, they probably won't miss me since I only buy 1 or 2 pairs of shoes each visit but I am a paying customer and every little bit helps in this awful economy.

There were many salespeople; however, not asked, "may I help you" "do you need anything" instead I was treated as though I was invisible. There were only two in the store and I witnessed the other young lady get the same treatement. It is sad this is still an issue topshas a long way to go in customer service for "All". I will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

best selection around. Kinda pricey unless you catch the big penny sales. helpful salesmen. parking can be a bit of a pain, try the garage behind them for free 1st hour.

Best selection of shoes I've ever seen. Very friendly and helpful staff. A shoe store that actually had my size! What more can you ask for?

Great selection, reasonably priced, no charge to mail special order. Knowledgeable staff and no rushing!!! Great Southern Hospitality, stop there if you need shoes!
