BBQ West, West Monroe

This location is no longer a BBQ west. The one and only BBQ west is located in KEY WEST PLAZA, 4900 Cypress St., West Monroe, Louisiana.

I love this BBQ! I am from Texas and always thought we had the best BBQ until I ate here. Now I am hooked. I have even had them cater two events and it was great as well. They provide everything including serving utensils, napkins cups and more. I will say that the tea is not my favorite but other than that it is great! There are a couple other places in Monroe that don't even compare. And the staff is always very friendly.

Great food! The chopped beef is to die for ... and the french fries are excellent! I've been there more times than I care to mention. Overall, it is a great dining experience and it keeps your money local! So give 'em a try!

Best Bar-B-Que in the Twin Cities. The ribs are like candy, the brisket is tender and has a great flavor. The sauce is unique and delicious. I am not a Bar-B-Que chicken lover but theirs is Great. The fries are the best in town. The Sunday buffet is a homerun. About the only thing that doesn't measure up to the rest of the menu is the tea is not that good!! A+++

I have heard great things about this restaurant, so my husband and I decided to try it out. It was AWESOME!!!! I got a hamburger, fries, and drink all for $6.00. I thought this was such a great price for the high quality of food they serve. My husband ordered the pork sandwich with coleslaw on top. He LOVED it, and he is a picky eater. We will definitely be back real soon!!!

This is the best BBQ that I have ever ate. The Beans are the best. This place is so good that the food network should visit because it is the best BBQ in north louisana.

my husband and i went to bbq west on cypress st.We got our plates was eating and looked down because something caught my eye,a nasty roach.we got up nearly throwing up and told them they have roaches..no apology acting as if it was ok.man ticked me off .no refund or at least an apology would have been nice ..old woman and black lady at cash register didn't seem to care.so no i will never go back again.I have bought plenty from them and ate it gosh it makes me sick to think how many roaches was in that

We went to the Thursday night game at West Monroe Rebels and on the way decided to get a hamburger at BBQ West, on 7th St. Do not get the hamburger it was nasty. We threw away $13.03 could not eat it. I saved my receipt because I wanted to show all my friends and tell them at the game, do not eat the burgers from there. I will go across the river to the new Bodacious BBQ on Louisiville Ave. from now on.

This is an excellent BBQ place, everything is always good. Two locations that I know of, there may be more.

This is the best BBQ. the beans, slaw, potato salad, bread, chicken, brisket, chopped beef. EVERYTHING!
