I had called Cowpok several times with questions and then later to set up the appointment. Every time I called someone answered extremely shortly and whenever I pushed to learn more information about there establishment I was brushed off in a snobby manner. I shook it off. Maybe they were busy..
It was a super big deal for us to go for my sister's birthday and Keith, the employee who pierced her, never stopped being rude or belittling us. As it was my sisters birthday, it was important that the experience be memorable (in a GOOD way!) but he talked down to us nonstop.
One of my sister's microdermals came out crooked and bled profusely for 10x as long as its sister piercing in the same place, during which, the entire time Keith kept insisting that the equipment he was using was clean and even suggested that I wait outside if I wanted to talk to her. Excuse me?
Also, their Dermal Anchor collection consists of 6 piercings that they tell you up front you will have to go somewhere else if you ever want them changed.
