Casa Di Pizza should be named Homely Pizza as there is nothing homelike about this business. The staff lacks personality, service and interest in your presence. The inside of the establishment is as unattractive as the staffs ability to make you feel comfortable.
Wrangler jeans, dirty shoes, decade old t-shirts and/or greasy mullets sum up the presence of the clientele. And, the staff mimic this popular trend. Country music blaring from the speakers is the only embellishment to the interior.
Unfortunately, the food quality and taste was completely over-shadowed by the bad service. The food was just okay, but I would not return just to try different items on the menu.
Casa is the best pizza in south florida. Cold beer and hot wings(yes these guys are from Buffalo) and a great atmosphire. This place is my choice to get some good subs too, try the philly cheese steak. Great service and timely delivery, but i like to sit at the counter and experience the friendly banter between the guys behind the counter and the local customers.
Ask for Kevin or Bruce and they will make sure your experience is worth comming back for.
Casa di Pizza is the best food south of Western New York. If you are from down south you have never had real pizza unless you have had Casa. The Philly is amazing the wings are heaven sent and the pizza well just try it!!
My family loves this place! The service, food and atmosphere is the best around!! I personally recommend the Chicken Parm sandwich, wings or the philly sub! The Pizza is great too. I feel very comfortable eating and watching the game here! We will continue to go back!
Just returned from my first visit to Casa Di Pizza. One nice thing is they are open on Sundays, and many places around here are not. Overall, I would say good - not great. The pizza was fairly priced. For this area, it was good - with the exception of a couple of places, it seems to be hard to get really good pizza around here - going by NY/Philly standards. Good cheese, but the sauce was somewhat plain. The toppings were very good (meat lovers in our case). It is a small place but have a few big screen TVs - which is nice. One very nice touch - they give you one of those little pizza stands to help conserve table space. As for service - I would say OK. The pie was delivered to our table quickly enough and politely, but had to go ask for a drink refill and the check. But this may be the concept as you had to place your order at the counter as well. They do limit you to one refill for fountain drinks, which I find kind of cheap and unneccesary. All in all, pretty good and would return - but Verona still wins the local pizza wars in my book.
I called ahead for pizza and wings. By the time that Igot there the wings were ready and the pizza was being sliced. Have never had any bad food from here.
Always order double ingredients so pizza is just loaded and one slice makes enough for a meal.
we order pizza from here and asked for a total... They never called back with the total or told us how long for delivery... After two hours I called back they said it will be there in a couple of minutes.. after paying a $4.00 delivery fee for 3 miles away!!! the food was cold, so I called them and ask what they were going to do the guy there Derek gave me a hard time, snd told me to bring it back!! and as I was replying back to him he hung up on me.. So professional here ... the food was nasty too.
We were using our navigation computer to find an italian restaurant on the way south and ended up at Casa Di Pizza as the restaurant that was suppose to be near there was not any longer, so much for Mercedes innovation. Anyway we just stopped in what is just a pick up location with a few tables inside and out with limited service. We ordered penne pasta with mushoom sauce and meatballs and were hooked immediately. The sauce is just a bit hot but sweet and the meatballs are very good. Home made garlic loaves were also great and the pizzas were just flying past us in all varieties. The people eating the pizzas were loving them and they certainly looked fantastic from the thick and crispy crust to all the ingredience piled high on top. Anyway I dont make a big thing about many places but finding a really good sauce and some really sexy looking pizzas and red hot wings is hard to find anywhere. This is true quality at reasonable (not cheap) prices. We will travel the thirty miles regularly to savor the moment.
