Tropical Smoothies, Suffolk

They called this a quick serve resturant. Everything was made to order, and it still only took 10 minutes. We had Smoothies and Wraps & Sandwiches. I've had wraps at other places but these were the best ever. I had the King Ceasar. This wrap was like a chicken ceasar salad on a tortilla. Everything was so fresh. And the smoothie was wonderful. The Paradise Point smoothie had Bannana, Strawberry and Pineapple. It was made from real fruit and sugar and Ice. They said I could get Splenda if I wanted to instead of sugar. When I walked in the store it was so well done I really thought wow. It was kind of cool as they decorated for christmas and had christmas music playing. It's not as cheep as McDonalds, but worth the extra cost. I will be going back soon. Oh, and I got a VIP card.

I frequently visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location and was always extremely frustrated with my visit. No matter how many people were working or waiting in line, my visit always took at least 15-20 minutes. I attribute this to the fact the staff was more interested in visiting with their co-workers than preparing customers' orders. Also, the staff often were nowhere to be found even after shouting into the back for some assistance with an order. I
