My girlfriend insists to go to there. They have many varieties. My girlfriend ordered three different kinds. She kept eating them and I did try some. It tasted good. We had a good time there.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE READ. i have never encountered such awful service at a restaurant. food was terrible specially for the price. My cheesecake was bad and i ended up running to the restroom to throw up, i returned to the table 15 minutes later where the waiter told me he texted his manager and the manager said "that cheesecakes is fine it has a shelf life of 24 hours" from that point on it took him another 45 minutes to bring the check.(no offer of compensation). my girlfriend saw how ill i was so she called the manager. the manager then agreed to refund the cheesecake for compensation. although instead of refunding the money to my card they charged it again. now i can't get in touch with a manager. STAY AWAY!

I love the food at this restaurant and have been there quite a few times. However, my last experience there was disturbing and I experienced the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. First of all we were told it was a 40 min wait. That was fine, we waited. After we got seated, we were there for 2 1/2 hours!!! And all we ordered was dinner. No appetizers, no dessert, no cocktails (well my friend had one cocktail, that's it.) Our waiter, Joe was not attentive to us at all. Im guessing its because we ordered water for our drinks and we are in our early 20's so he probably assumed we weren't going to tip well. (were all in the service industry and usually tip between 20-30%, little did he know). He tended to every single table around us and would look at us and then walk away. He looked at us and walked away more than 8 times, to the point when we finally got our food wrapped and he asked if we wanted dessert we said no because we didn't want to wait another hour and decided it would be faster to go to the dessert bar and get it ourselves. The only person that was attentive but not in a good way, was the bus boy who tried to take our plates 5 mintues after we started eating. By the time we left I was so annoyed that I dont care how good the food is I wont go back. The most disturbing part, however, to this whole expierence was I ACTUALLY WITNESSED A BUS BOY DROP CLEAN SILVERWARE ON THE FLOOR, PICK IT UP, AND PUT IT BACK TO BE ROLLED UP AS IF IT WERE STILL CLEAN!! That's disgusting!!!! Im appalled that this is supposed to be a high class restaurant but yet has the worst service and is dirty.

My first visit will be my last. Went early for Sunday Brunch. Restaurant was cold as was the food .The Crab Hash was unique and could have been(perhaps) worth its high price if it was even slightly warm .

The menu is humongous; the food portions are HUGE. Most of the dishes are tasty and will more than fill you up. The surroundings are very corporate. Nice selection of drinks and any kind of food you want with nothing special Cheesecake, of course. I tried one of their newer dishes which was supposd to be spicy (Caramel Chicken). It was not - it was purely sweet. Nonetheless, I will go back.

Great food, with way too many selections! There is ALWAYS a wait which is very upsetting, even the bar gets too crowded...please expand your operation!

Really...the Cheesecake Factory. The name says it all...it's a factory that churns out overpriced reheated food. I am in awe of the lines of people from the suburbs that flock to this place. They can have it.

Fun place to go, plenty of food for the price. But the wait is so long that when you go outside a decade may have passed.

Very much enjoyed the food and especially the cheesecake. Great service and ambiance. You can sit outside during the summer and possible be entertained by concert. Great shops to walk around as you wait for seating. I was suprised at the quality of the food. Very good. The menu is large and diverse. The avocado egg roll appetizers were fabulous and my favorite is the white chocolate macadamia nut cheesecake. The portions are huge. I usually only eat half my meal and the rest the next day. They do allow you to split meals without a plate charge. The drinks are a bit price ($5.75) but not bad considering you are almost downtown, but the pours are more generous than you'll get at your local pub. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try them.

I disagree with above except for the drinks. They are a little pricey. But i found the food to be very good and you get a lot for the price. The cheesecake is awesome. YAY!
