I ordered a. snack pack as described in a window poster. The waitress, who did not speak good Englisg, told me I had to have a coupon for that. I said that the poster did not say that. She pointed to the tabletop menu card and said I should order that.
I asked for the manager. He said that it was only available as a drive thru item. I had taken a photo of it before I spoke to him and I showed it to him and pointed out that there was no mention of coupons or drive thru restrictions. I asked him to honor his own sign.
