The hotel was great. The room was great. The food was great. The service was great. I would stay here again.

Hotel is smaller than pictured but the staff is wonderful.. the rooms are well equipped for two (my husband and I stayed in the superior king room).. little difficulty with shower stall but the walking distance to all the attractions was a plus! Cuffs Irish Bar is a fantastic bar and Stanhope Grill Irish breakfast was delish! Enjoy - we certainly did!!

My family and I were very pleased with our rooms and the hotel as a whole. Rooms were clean, bright and bathrooms were wonderful. Every person on the hotel staff were so helpful and very gracious. The location was great!!! Nothing was negative here, a very pleasant stay for all seven of us, 2rooms.

As an officer I travel and see a lot in the business world. All I can say is that those people are extremely professional and knowledgeable and have a good management team. I recommend them and I will use them again.

I love the overall design of the hotel; the Lobby, Bar, and Lounges are fantastic. I love the waterfall staircase! My only complaint was the restaurant menu was not as exciting as I might have liked but the food was very good.

Bud Light Draught was cold and clean free internet at busniess desks great Pillows and heated towell racks room service fast freindly but Id order upercrust pizza and have brought in to my room (cant beat upper crust pizza) great restaurants close Davios grille 23 Avilas Abe louies and smith and wollinskis nice hotel video on Boston alos (worth watching)

Everything was ok, may be I change the arquitectural of the restaurant. I love the lobby bar with the tables outside, in this part my suggestion is to put more plants and my be a tree

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
