I have had the pleasure to stay at the Jury's many times for business. I would rate this as one of the best places to stay in the Boston area. The service is impeccable from the moment I turn my car over to the valet gentleman. Some of the rooms are a bit small but they don't skimp on style, comfort or cleanliness. I have often entered my rooms to find chocolates, Italian spritzer and fresh fruit along with notes thanking me for my continued patronage. The rooms have a nice sound system that is always turned on at night during the turn-down service. The location couldn't be better, the area is safe and within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Overall, I couldn't recommend a better place in Boston. They get five stars from this business traveler. Thank you Jury's.
I was embraced as soon as I arrived.
Arriving without my husband I was treated like a lady and accommodated as such.
The decor was inviting with an strong emphasis on hip. The location was safe and trendy. The beds were like sleeping on clouds.
I never felt alone, and energy was piped into all areas.
I highly recommend this experience in Boston.
POSH FACILATIES IN POOR LOCATION
SERVICE NOT UP TO SURROUNDINGS
I STAYED IN A VERY NICE ROOM WITH A LARGE COMFORTABLE BED AND VERY WLL EQUIPPED BATHROOM BUT WHEN I ARIVED AND LOOK OUT THE WINDOW ALL I SAW WAS A CONVENTION OF HOMLESS
PEOPLE IN THE STREET AND OCCUPPING THE YMCA
ACROSS THE STREET APPARENTLY THE Y DOES NOT HAVE WINDOW SHADES GOO THING I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE THE DRAPES
This was by far the best hotel stay my fiance and I have ever had. We took a long weekend trip to Boston in December (I thought as a Christmas gift, but turned out his opportunity to ask me to marry him!) First of all, the hotel is beautiful. Every thing has a classy designer touch and is spotlessly clean. Bellhops dressed in traditional attire, took our bags and never missed an opportunity to graciously greet us or to open a door the entire stay.
Our bags were brought to our room by a young bellman, whose name escapes me, but left a lasting impression. He was very warm and kind, telling us some fun facts about the hotel and made small conversation upon passing the duration of the trip. On our way out one afternoon, I mentioned our engagement to him. He must have passed that news along to his superiors because when we returned, a bottle of chilled champagne and a fruit and chocolate plate were waiting in our room with a congratulatory card from the General Manager.
This hotel has very nice rooms, a fun bar that gets very busy, a highly rated restaurant, a friendly staff with lots of smiles and customer service like no other. I can't think of even one thing I would like to see improved. A perfect romantic getaway. I can't wait to go back, we've talked about making Jury's a regular, annual trip.
My wife and i stayed at Jurys, Boston for 4 nights in mid Dec 06 as the first stop on our honeymoon before moving onto New York.
Hotel was superb.
On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a deluxe room which was an unexpected bonus.
Hotel is ideally placed and just a brisk walk away from all tourist spots.
For food try nearby authentic italian restaurant Maggianos (book ahead). For a drink try Kennedy's in the City shopping district. John from the Jewellery shop next door often brings his italian greyhound Bella in for a drink!
We just wish our hotel in New York had been as good!
We loved the hotel. Service was very good. The decor was exceptional, rooms well appointed and spacious, especially the bath.We would go back and back. Location is great, walking distance to many places, and getting there by car was so easy.
My husband and I go back yearly to catch a couple of Red Sox games and stayed a Jury's. It was the best hotel we have stayed in in Boston. The staff was willing to help us in any way we needed to, the food was great and it is near almost everything. We also loved the rooms, very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there next time! I will also be looking up the Jury's chain for my upcoming trip to Ireland.
Spent a weekend in Boston to do some shopping. Jurys was fantastic! Contemporary yet very comfortable. Honestly can not think of one negative to my stay at Jurys. The lounge/bar in the hotel also happens to be a very hot spot on the weekends (line outside the door). I suppose for those looking for total peace and quiet, you may want to address this when booking your stay.
This hotel was perfect. More importantly, as 18-year-olds, we were treated with respect- something difficult to come by in this age group. The hotel staff went out of their way to assure our comfort. I couldn't have experienced anything before. Furthermore, it is well worth the money! How they charge so little for so much is a mathematical equation I just don't know!
