This place is smaller than the other main Mexican restaurant in town (El Vaquero, by Hastings), but is by far better. El Vaquero used to be good, now it just tastes like fast food. Mexico Lindo, on the other hand, provides good service and pretty tasty food. :-) May I recommend "Camarrones con Pollo" (shrimp and chicken) -- it's grilled and served with rice and beans I believe. It's one of the more pricier items at around $9, but worth it. If you like "Flan" (baked custard, traditional Mexican dessert), then try theirs. They make it fresh every day :)
