My husband took me to lunch at Texas Roadhouse yesterday – 2/23/2013 - and we had such a good experience I thought I should share. I recently started a gluten-free diet and I m still learning what foods I can and cannot eat. I thought I would have a better chance of finding something on my new diet at Texas Roadhouse. As I studied the menu, I realized that finding a gluten-free meal might not be as easy as I first though. I explained my predicament to our waitress, Anita, and showed her the long list of off-limits foods that I keep in my purse. Anita, was extremely nice with a great big winning smile that she used often. She offered to take the list back to the chef and see what he recommended. I told her a couple of menu items I had my eye on and she came back with the chef s suggestions. With her help I placed my order. I really wanted a baked potato but for some reason, that was a no no. The next thing I know, Thomas, the chef/kitchen manager came to our table to discuss my menu choices and together we came up with the perfect meal for me. It was delicious and very filling. My husband had to help me finish! I was very impressed with the care and consideration we were given at Texas Roadhouse and you can be sure we will be dining there again in the future.
Definitely liked this place! Enchanting furnishings, delicious/fresh food and curtious employees.
everything was awesome, we expected spedino of mozzarella, special gnocchi and pizza, the food was very clean and the garden is AMAZING, very awesome workers, beneficial and always happy, wide range of wines, finally they offer me a common people from france terminology alcohol consumption, definitely i will come back.
Never been here before. I went 12/13/08 and had their ribs. Crazy good. The meat was so tender it pretty much fell right off of them. Kinda loud bar, but overall great experience.
I've been here a half-dozen times since my initial post, and everything I've had has been great! The ribs are still my fav. The BBQ baked beans are the best I think I've ever had too. Chunks of meaty goodness in there. Mmm!
I had dinner there just this week and we had a wonderful experience. The waiter was great and the food was outstanding. The food was well worth the affordable prices too. I would recommend eating there to anyone.
The service is great but the food is pretty bland. The pina coladas and strawbery daiquris taste like sugary slush, the apple pie turned into mush, the chicken tenders tasted bad. The only good thing is their beef and steak.
Service depends on who you get, but ranges from good to outstanding. Steaks are great, but the chili is way too mild. Management takes customers comments seriously. It's worth the time it takes to get there and get a seat. WARNING! - Anyone with peanut allergies can NOT go there! There's peanuts, shells and dust EVERYWHERE!
It's nothing fancy, just your typical mid-grade suburban franchise steakhouse, a la Outback or Lone Star. As with all of these kinds of places, gigantic portions, decent value, typical menu. (These kids of places are one of the reasons Americans are fat). Music is kind of loud and annoying. It's fine if you just want a decent meal close to home and don't feel like dressing up or paying Morton's or Ruth Chris prices. But don't expect anything special.
The restaurant smells of smoke, regardless of where you sit, which is bad for parents of small children, and bad for the food flavor. The steak was average at best - somewhere between IHOP and Outback. Medium means nearly well-done here, so be careful with your cooking instructions.
