Description

Jupiters beautiful beachfront Dubois Park is a good place for the true nature lover to spend the day. Its abundance of sideways-walking hermit crabs will thrill any child, and the water in the lagoon is so shallow, once could bring a chair and sit in it. The beach area is small, but it is guarded during the winter and on weekends and holidays. The Dubois Pioneer Home and the Indian Mound historical/archaeological site are also located on this property. Free admission to park.

Coconut Point: teach your grandchildren to fish

Ultralight fishing gear, small hooks, split shot, and a piece of shrimp... you will be occupied for 2 hours baiting and removing fish, until your grandchildren get hungry and/or worn out. The pinfish are varied and great fighters. Bend down the barbs on your hook, for easy removal and return. Bring your camera!!!!

Great place for families

Dobois is a great family park with shallow water for swimming. The park is adjacent to the main beach which is only a short walk away. There are barbecue pits and picnic tables near the water. We go to Dubois everytime we visit Jupiter.

Awesome!

I love Dubois me and my sister go there almost every weekend. Its so fun and shallow little kids can play and parents can watch them a great place for swimming and catching hermit crabs!

A Great little piece of South Florida

Dubois Park is a great little place in Jupiter Fl. Everytime someone comes to FL, I love taking them there. The calmness of the lagoon and just floating around are fabulous! Even a non-beach lover like me has fallin in love with Dubois!

it was fun. i went swimming and snorkling. i saw fish and a baracouda! the water was clear and there were no jellyfish.its still winter but the water was so warm we went swimming.

it's a great place to be

i really liked this park, because it was just a place where you can take a day off and spend the day with the family and friends. and each spot there is a place for everyone in the family. the little lagoon can be for the children and parents who want to stay. the big beach can be for the parents and friends. it's just a real good place to go for a weekend or holiday.
