Dedicated to new works created by both established and new playwrights, the Florida Stage, founded in 1985, reaches many of the local arts students. Located in Manalapan right across the street from the Ritz-Carlton hotel, it offers free lighted parking. The auditorium, which seats 250 people, contains state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Its mission is to treat its audiences to thought provoking works; the Florida Stage never lacks creativity and intellect.
