Looking for things for my Canadian In-Laws to do while in Jax January 18-30 2012, looked at website on 27 Dec., 2011 only to find out it was no longer operating in the Jax market

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable evening on the Jacksonville Princess II. The food was delicious, the boat was attractive and well maintained, and the service was great throughout. But honestly, there was one other aspect of our voyage that alone would have been worth the very modest price of admission I paid. The personnel. From the owners and Captains to the crew and hospitality staff, one common theme emerged: everyone enjoyed what they were doing and had a passion for their jobs. In these days of ho hum "may I help you" service and when collecting a paycheck seems to override earning one, it was refreshing to spend time with your team where just the opposite mindset was prevalent. Thank you for enabling our having a wonderful evening.
