Spirit of The Suwannee Music Park

Description

Festivals and live entertainment events take place year round at this park, showcasing some of the major names in the music industry. It is home to the very popular annual "Suwannee River Jam". In addition to great concerts and a music pavilion, there are picnic pavilions throughout the park as well as swimming, camping, canoeing, horseback riding, biking, skating and hiking. Located 80-minutes from Jacksonville, east on I-10 to the Live Oak exit.

Live music and camping combined

This park is a great place for a getaway in the beautiful atmosphere of unspoiled North Florida. Pick you weekend carefully, whether you choose a quiet weekend, or a rocking music festival with a few thousand of your best friends. They have some of the coolest event going like the Allman Bros. "Wanee Festival", roots music events Springfest and Magnoliafest, and the world famous "Suwannee River Jam" country music festival. My favorite is a quiet weekend, and to go hang out on the huge beach by the Suwannee River, with maybe a canoe trip, or a trail ride on horse back. They have live music most nights in the restaurant, and a great casual feel. See ya there!
