Granite Cafe & Star Bar, Panama City

I was at the Granite Friday and Saturday night with my husband and we go there all the time. The new owners make you feel so welcome.The Granite is the place to be for outstanding food and entertainment. So if you are ever in Panama city this is the place to be.We have never had any problems there.You can't please everyone!!!

This place used to be our favorite. Has new owners who have no resturant experience or clue as to how to run a resturatnt. Went last night and after waiting for our food 45 minutes our sever told us it was going to be another 45 minutes. Spoke to owner who had no clue - she was too busy talking on her cell and primping to care. We smiled and asked for our check which never came so we just left money on the table and left. The service was slow even though the place wasn't slammed. The band that was playing was simply too loud - couldn't talk to your table mates. We are very disappointed in what this place is becoming and won't be back. Save your money and go some place else where at least you'll get your food.

Had dinner Friday Night out in the Granite Cafe's Star Bar. It was fantastic! Steak was out of this world, the Grouper was simply amazing. Live music was REALLY good, and added to a great experience. I would recommend to anyone.

Dear Sir or Madam, I received a gift certificate from my children for Christmas for $100. I have been trying to make a reservation for me and my husband since Christmas. I have called numerous of times, tried to email and to no avail. After researching with the Chamber of Commerce and Business License division I have found out that you have closed your business. So what do I do with this Certificate!! Very sad that you did this and did not tell my children that you were closing. I would like there money back so that maybe we can go somewhere else. Cool place but the drinks are nasty. I sent several back myself. And my waitress got everyone's order at our table, but forgot mine, so I've never had any food from there :)

Went to the Granite Cafe last weekend... And it was fabulous. Service was outstanding. Food was 5 star. Live music was great. Atmosphere cannot be beat. I had the pasta - delicious cream sauce. You cannot go wrong with a night out at the Granite Cafe.

Granite Cafe has gourmet food and the best tasting martinis. I have enjoyed the outdoor pation and live music. I can call it a local tradition with international flavors
