Half this herd of horses are so malnourished their ribs and hip bones were showing. There wasnt enough food on the property to feed them for 1 or 2 days much less a week or a month. When I said something to the worker (owner) he said a couple of the horses were really old and he couldnt put the down. Those horsed didn't look old they looked like they hadn't been feed in a long time. While we were standing there the horses kept looking at us to see if we were going to feed them. HOW CAN ANYONE STARVE ANY ANIMAL!!!!! I was so upset I wanted to cry!!!!!

The guides and staff are awesome! The rides are fun and views breath taking! I've been a loyal rider of vacations for over 10 years! You will not be disappointed!

My family and I loved it! The horses were so sweet and the people were very nice. We got some great pictures and we simply have a wonderful time!

This was the most fun we had while visiting Lake Tahoe! The weather was beautiful and the views from the mountain overlooking Lake Tahoe were absolutely breathtaking! When we arrived at the top of the ridge where the best views were, our very friendly & knowledgable guide took several pictures for us with our own camera, unlike other horseback riding stables that charge you extra for a picture. The horses were all extremely well-behaved and sweet-natured. The three members of our family who had never been on horseback had no trouble controlling the horses and we all felt perfectly safe even though the ride was mostly uphill. We were given a brief lesson on how to control the horses but the horses all seemed to know exactly what to do and where to go. One of our horses kept wanting to stop and eat but the guide told us he was just being bratty, which was kind of cute. At first we felt the cost of $40 per person for a 1-hour ride was a little high, but afterward we all agreed that it was an awesome experience & well worth the cost. I would strongly recommend this activity to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe. It's an experience you will never forget!

I had a 2:30 reservation and when I showed up no one was there. I waited 45 minutes and no one showed. The office was all locked up and there was no sign saying they were closed. Go somewhere else not here, unreliable.
