City Cafe, Gustine

Since 2008,I have been coming to the City Cafe. The employees make you feel like family and have the best homecooking next to my Sunday meals w/ my good friends in Gustine.The breakfast is the best around and I would drive a 10000miles for a City Cafe meal! Friday and Sat. nights are almost standing room only, so plan on getting there early! you will never be disappointed here at the City Cafe. LOVE the CAFE... wonderful friends and food here!

we love this place!!!! the best, thin, crispy fried catfish you've ever eaten! huge salad bar with everything you can imagine on it. when in season, locally grown cantaloupe and watermelon, sweet as sugar, i'm not kidding. if you order a cfs, you get two!!! lori is the best server ever! anything on the menu is great, but just open at night on fridays and saturdays. delicious banana pudding on the salad bar too. oh, open all other days i believe for breakfast and lunch. :)

Haley did a fantastic job of setting up for 30+ people, the food was served promptly and the food was down home excellent. All of staff were professional. Kudos for everything.
