Description

Pasha's stall at Taste of Tasmania was so popular, they had to open a restaurant! The waterfront location makes the most of the views, but it is also not hard to imagine you are in the Middle East with the black and gold decor and wonderful aromas. The bureks (Turkish bread with a wide selection of fillings) are sublime at AUD14.50, but dips and breads are popular, and the salads refreshing. A children's menu tempts the little ones. You can purchase a glass of house wine for AUD3.50, and bottles are reasonably priced.

The food is ok but overpriced. The ambiance is a total nightmare. Service is slow. Never again.

Fine Food

Pasha is famous in Hobart. He has a loyal clientele who follow and support him...with good reason. The focus is the food and its' consistently great. Everything on the menu is outstanding and authentic. Pasha is meticulous and no dish leaves the kitchen without his approval. In fact Pasha is responsible for almost everything leaving his kitchen. The dips and pide are renowned and the salads are senational. Even take-aways are available! The best way to try this restaurant is to share a banquet! Upstairs they have "banquet" rooms with couches and cushions for a real Turkish dining experience.
