I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys, Patrick in particular. He found my three roommates and I our first apartment, taking into account everything we asked for from rent to utilities to location. If you need an apartment, you need to call Doug Arcand. My roommates and I started our apartment search later in the season then was smart, but Doug saved us. He was able to answer all our questions, responded to calls and texts quickly, and is an all-around awesome guy. If you re going into the market, save yourself the headache and call Doug Arcand first.
