Water World, York

I loved the water slides and so did my kids, but unfortunately when i was walking up the steps to the flumes they was lots of lose tiles. I also saw a young child with its father who had fell and cut his lip on something sharp. Overall I loved it but i think they need to work a bit more on health and safety.

it was great went there for my freinds birthday josh it was his 14. the lazy river was great, the water slides i would recomend to any one. value for money!!! james grayson:)

having been april 09 i found the site to be in a discusting state plasters chewing gum litter food all over the floor in pool area with loose tiles in the pool cutting my childs foot quite badly. also noticed alot of saftey equipment ither missing or not working. i myself have been a lifeguard for 3 years now and take pitty on those who work there

waterworld is such a cool fun and amazing place. It has got everything to do such as a toddlers poll for toddlers and unable swimmers and loads of slides for adults and children who are confident in the water like me.the rapids desent is a really fun rubber ring ride. The torpedo tube is a fun family ride where you go down along slide on a mat. The edge is in my opinion the best slide. It is so much fun watcing peoples faces as they come down it for the first time.they look so shocked as they didnt know it went so fast. WATERWORLD ROCKS 4EVER

I thought that Water World was easy to find and once inside I thought that it was very clean. My children enjoyed the toddlers area, the lazy river and the wave machine, but I think that there is a bit of a gap between things that very young children can do and slides that are appropriate for children around the age of 8. My 5 year old is a good swimmer but if I let her go down the big slides then she had to go down by herself and I couldn't see her - which I wasn't very happy about. Overall a good day out but there are other water parks in the Yorkshire region that are probably more suitable for my kids.

errrrrrrrrr. awful place.dont got there. stay away.you get verucas on your feet and the clorine ruins your hair. stay away.there are no life gaurd where they need it.

I loved this place because it was so fun going on all the slides and the lazy river is the best! They also have a human heater where you have to put in a pound and it drys you off!!!!! It was the best

this swimming centre had a lazy river, a kids pool, a large adults pool AND a pool with a wave machine. it also has 3 slides with are all fun and will appeal to the whole family. brilliant day out. make sure to ring up before you go to make sure the slides are open as they are closed at certain times on certain days!
