Description

This is a lively, fully licensed, Italian restaurant within sight of York Minster and within easy reach of most of the city centre's major attractions. The interior is bright and modern and the large number of tables makes this an ideal venue for parties or group gatherings. It has a friendly and energetic atmosphere, making it very popular amongst young people and families. The menu offers plenty for either lunchtime snacks or a full evening meal. A tomato and onion salad costs just under £3 and a folded calzone pizza is about £5. But an early evening special between 5p and 7p will cost you under £7 for two courses.

The food and service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the service was quick. The food was of a very high standards. Will definitely be going back.

What a find!!

A fantastic family evening out. Food was out of this world, service good & friendly. Took a little while between courses but this was because everything was freshly cooked, so just relax & ENJOY!

I absolutley did not dislike anything about Bella Pasta. The service was excellent and the food truly amazing.FABULOUS!!

First Date

Although I had been dating my boyfriend for 2 months we hadnt been out to dinner. We walked all over town for at least an hour and every place was booked with 30min waiting times. Finally I saw Bella Pasta. Although it was busy there were a couple 2 seater tables available. I knew it was a restuarant chain, but that didnt put me off. For a first dinner date it was perfect. Even for a dinner between partners or a group of friends, this place would cater for all.Perfect lighting, enough space between tables, relaxing and not too formal. It was easy to talk to each other and enjoy the wine. We had a starter and a main each and shared a fantastic 'Godfather' dessert. With two beers and a glass of wine the bill was approx �35. Bargin. Servings were that of the old times, appropriate!
