Little Betty's Cafe
Betty's Tearooms in York is legendary, so Little Betty's has a lot to live up to but it does so admirably. It has a licensed cafe upstairs which serves hot and cold dishes along with a delicious selection of cakes and teas. Charming and elegant, Little Betty's is perfect for that special treat whilst out shopping, but there's not much room for buggies, so be warned. Downstairs the shop sells cakes, chocolates, a variety of teas and a mouth-watering selection of takeaway sandwiches as well as coffees and savouries.
Delicious food, helpful and friendly staff, nice little shop downstairs. A bit pricey though, but the cafe is still excellent and is definately worth a trip (other Bettys at Harlow Carr, York, Ilkley, Harrogate and Northallerton)
