Croxteth Park Riding Centre, Liverpool

Hi I'm Lili Wood and I have been going to Cprc for 2 and a half years now. I have nothing bad to say about it, all of the ponies and horses are looked after and have nice, warm stables. Croxteth Park has lots of Day Courses were you get to look after a pony for a day, you get to ride, groom and feed it! It is a Pony Club Centre, and they do Badge Nights to Pony Club Camps, which are all fun. I will be a helper very soon as I am 12 in 4 days :D To be a helper you have to be on a waiting list and do helper training days. I can't wait and My Favourite Pony Ever used to be Shannon, but she died of lameness, and I will miss her forever :'( I only rode her a few times, she was amazing at Jumping!! I rode her for a Pony Club Day. Croxteth park cares soooo much for the ponies/horses if they are sick, vets come in and they try their hardest to fix them. Now My favourite pony is Arthur, he is so good at Everything! I loooooooove him and Viv is lovely and letting me ride him for my birthday! Even though Croxteth Park doesn't have an indoor arena, if it rains you go on a hack. Outdoor arenas bring riders confidence, and also helps the horse to stop it from getting spooked on hacks, from squirrels and birds etc. You can learn to gallop and jump on the fields, canter and trot on the arena. I highly reccommend Croxteth Park Riding Centre to people above 5!!!!!

i hate croxteth park riding centre it is the worst riding centre ever and is owned by a horrible and evil person called viv i would never go there again as i did not enjoy it and it is to dear because every week you do the same i would never go to croxteth park as it is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been riding here for 2 years and helping for 1 year, and I know that the horses get cared for with high standards. The waters always get checked after they're done, so does the grooming and tacking and it always gets fixed properly. The riding school is outdoor but that doesn't stop us riding or at least going in the field to do flat work. In the school we jump, rarely do bareback lessons and do flat work, in the field we sometimes have a gallop do flat work or jump. Viv and all the Workers make sure we are looked after and whenever it's raining the workers always give us one of their coats even if we won't wear it. The clients are never spoken rudely to, nobody is. We only ever trot on our hacks, but Gellings Farm gallop through and people always ring making complaints about us galloping through estates when it is not us. When you get good enough you can start to ride the lead rein ponies, who are amazing for lead reins, although can be cheeky without. I would never ever leave CPRC unless I got my own horse which many people have because of ouroutstanding instructors. You can also go on one of our Trail Rides around the park because the waiting list for lessons is so long. ;) xxx

hi i wish people would stop talking bad about the instuctors and the helpers because the helpers run round all day trying to help everyone and the helpers know they dont get paid they knew it before they signed up to be a helper i used to have yvet and she is amazin i have angie now my favs r max and mcduff i am going to be a helper soon and if i like it i will do it every weekend hopefullly i luv the horses and ponies and instructorse and helpers they always make sure that the stables are clean and that the horses are well groomed plus the helpers get free lessons so that is why they dont get paid luv u max mcduff and solo xxxxxxxxx i recommend this riding centre to every one xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Croxteth park riding centere is great my first ever riding lesson was there and scince then I have loved horses !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still ride there now ! The instructers are kind understanding and wxplain everything for you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am one of there dedicated customers and I always will be !!!!!!!!! Xx there are ni reasons why people say bad thing about it ????????? Don't believe them its an excellent place all the horses rock !!!! They are all well temperd , have. Brakes listen to you and are gentle !!!!!!

croxteth is the best.the horses and ponies are well looked after.the staff are very helpful and will answer any questions.they have horses/ponies suitable for all ages and experience.for exsample squirrel is the oldest and the smallest.and ruby is huge.they have a large verity of horses.speedy big dark bay you say it they have it.i would recommend croxteth to all ages and sizes.i ride there weekly on Saturday trust me u wont be let down. lydia

I love this riding school. The horses are well trained and always listen straight away, (unless you are on Coco!, but is so cute!). My ffaaaaaavvvvourite horse ever is Shannon, she is the best at riding! Also when it has been raining and the sand is a bit flooded, you go on hacks through the park. You start off by a helper helping you trot, and control the horse. As you progress, the helpers gradually leave you and you can even move up! to Viv: I you read these reviews, my name is Lili and i loovvve Shannon and really want to ride her again.xx

hi why is every one saying that croxteth is the worst riding skool eva helllllooooo its NOT. but i guess every one has there own opinions. i have been riding for about 3 yrs and i haved loved every min of it. my fav horse is max he is so cute and super fast!!!! my instucter is angie i used to have yevet and nikki but i got moved up... i love the horses and all the helpers are really nice and viv is the best but who cares if there is no indoor areana and when its rainin they dont cancel it is only when the sand is flooded or covered with ice! and the outdoor skool is well better because u get fresh air and if croxteth park ridinis so bad why is there about a two year waiting list hey ???????? all the horses are well trained and the intructors are well nice... luv croxteth ridin centre luv u max!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Would Recomend Any Person Who Loves Horses And Ponies To Ride At Croxteth. You cAN sTART wHEN yOU aRE fIVE. iT Is A Great Place To Ride And The Ponies Are really well trained. the only bad thing is they don't have a indoor riding centere. anyway apart from that it is the best riding school ever. To allof the ponies(Expeccily piglit) i love you and hope you stay in croxteth and i hope that they don't sell you. other riding stables wont get the best out iof you other wise olivia
