Almost all children dream at one time of being a firefighter and this tour will give them the chance for a day. Tours include getting in a real fire truck, looking inside an ambulance or paramedic vehicle and watching how the firemen live while on duty. Kids can try on protective gear and learn life-saving tips from the uniformed men and women of the City of Las Vegas Fire Department. The tours are free but please contact the department 10-days in advance to reserve time.
i loved taking my children to see the firefighters. they put on all their equipment, took the kids inside the trucks and showed them around the firehouse. the children loved it and can't wait to go back. the firefighters were all very nice and helpful.
