Silver Bell Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas

My husband and I were married in Nov. of 2000 at the Silver Bells wedding chapel. We had a Great wedding pics. turned out good. I am sad it burnt down we wanted to renew our vows in 2010

My husband and I were married at the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel in 1980. There were very few large casinos then and the chapel was wonderful. It had a beautiful garden and the staff was very kind.

We were married in Sept. 1970, and we are still married, 37 years later. It was a very nice, quite chapel. We had no problems. We bought the 78size record(LP)(yes, a record) of our ceremony. I also still have a post card of the place.I hope it has not burned down, we hope to visit this year for the first time since we were married.

My wife "Wendy" & I were married there in Nov. 1998. We purchased the photos, video & flowers. It was great. Service was OK, but having Eddie Powers as Elvis made it the event of my lifetime. Wendy passed of cancer in 2003 & this place will forever have a special place in my heart. Jay

i was married on august 8th 1988, almost 20 years and we are still going strong. The chapel was filled with family members, i remember taking pictures on the bridge and under the white arch, the pictures are beautiful and i still have them. We were married many years ago. We went in the 70's, 80's, 90's and in 2000. Sadly in 2004 I believe, they were at that time RENOVATING, or so we were told. We went back in 2006, and sadly it is gone. We loved that little chapel, the minister was always so attentive, and our best man was Andy (a stuffed panda bear), he even had his own seat on the plane. He is still with us today. We had made a recording of the ceremony, and of course had pictures. All so beautiful. We returned often and visited on our anniversary, Valentine's Day. In the 70's we also saw Elvis in one of his best shows and UP FRONT. I miss that chapel, we always returned, and were always welcomed. We never experienced what a few other reviewers stated. I guess we have always been fortunate that we will always have the fond memories of the beautiful Silver Bell Wedding Chapel, with it's lovely white steeple and precious white cross-over bridge in the front of the chapel. I think it is so sad that others won't have the enjoyment and memories we have, how sad they didn't restore that sweet chapel. So long, Silver Bell, we'll miss you dearly, but you will always be in our hearts and memories. Those memories still bring us a smile, just as if it were yesterday. Viva Las Vegas!!!

I had already married the man I "remarried" at the Silver Bell. My family didn't know it at the time. I just wanted a free trip to Vegas on my step father! When we arrived everybody was tired and angry. I just wanted to get it over with. We were in jeans and barely talking to one another - and drunk! The church was nice! I'm on my 8th marriage now!

I have been to many wedding chapels in Las Vegas in my days, and this one was by far the worst experiance I have had yet. The music was bad and the pastor was drunk! I'm working on lucky marriage number 4 now, but let me assure you next time I get married I get married I will not go to the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel. They didn't even let me start my honeymoon in the parking lot!!! What kind of chapel does that???

My Husband and I were married there 06.04.1999 was just back in Vegas 09.04.05 but couldn't find it. Is it REALLY gone? We had GREAT service and never had any problem with anyone there. We got what we paid for and even with the rolls of film they were EXCELLENT. Thanks for everything.

my husband and i were married there almost ten years ago. i would go back there to renew in nov. but we just cant afford it. it was a great place i just wish that i would have opted for the pics, but we didnt and i dont have anything to commemerate the day.. thank you last visit 11-30-95
