Silver Bell Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas

We were married at Silver Bells Wedding Chapel on July 4, 1987 by Rev George Cotten. and our witness was the Taxi Cab driver....loved it. Great Memories!!!!!

Wow.. That was a special day I'll never forget! We were young and had very little money and had called around for hours and did all the running around for the license etc. We had went to Vegas on a $880. pkg deal stayed at Treasure Island. Had a Red Miata convertible as our rental and got married April 15, 1994. I'd love to see pics if they still had them! We were married by the one and only Rev Cotten! Who wasn't right! Wow that was a great day in my life!! I had the big dress and he was handsome.. So sad to hear reviews but still no story as to how this happened and did they salvage anything? I'd love to know what happened. Rodney Dangerfield once married there, don't recall the year? There was also a Playboy model married there and that's about all I know.

Loved the little place. Our 28th wedding anniversary is coming up next month, and was hoping to go back. Am reading that it is gone. Can anyone in the area elaborate?

Am soo sad what has happened to the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel?? did it buen down how.. what happened .. can any one let me know?? We were married there in 1996 bt Rev George Cotton to the proclaimers lets get married!! what lovely people they were there and we we were hoping to go back with our children to renew our vows... am gutted.. we loved the stream of water that was switched on then off for photos and my flowers from the fridge.It was a classic wedding and we travelled many miles with my mother and step father. How said but my memories will live on forever.

The Silver Bell would have been the perfect place to return on our 25th Anniversary. We did it in the morning of August 12, 1985...I remember getting ready in a very long closet like room with a couple mirrors. The lobby had a small display case of stuff and the chapel sat maybe 30 people. Maxine Dowell was our Minester. There was jack hammering going on accross the street but the video shows us in the front area with the small bridge, trellis of white flowers, and real grass........Simple, special and very personal............won't have done it any other way....... We were married at Silver Bell Weddin Chapel by Rev. George Cotton. We are visiting Vegas this month and wanted to go see it for our 19 anniversary, we are so sad it is gone. We had a beautiful wedding.

Silver bells name was bought by Stained Glass Wedding Chapel a very beautiful place on Ogden and 9th street my friends were married there in the gazebo if you liked silver bell and wanna stick with their name check it out the minister Rev.Sherrie Klute was awesome!

Siver Bells is now called Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel. My husband and I found it and renewed our vows there! Its a wonderful chapel now with wonderful staff! They made our experience so much fun.

My husband and I were married at Silver Bells in December of 1998. We were in Vegas this month and were unable to find the chapel. Nobody could tell us anything about it. When did it burn down? Kinda sad! :(
