Description

Speed is the name of the game at this exciting attraction, located at the Sahara Hotel. Thrill-seekers will delight in zooming from zero to 50mph, then looping 360 degrees while reaching speeds of 70 miles per hour. The final thrill comes when the course is repeated; this time, it goes in reverse! All-day passes are available for $19.95; single-ride tickets cost $10.

OMG My fav ride

It was really funny because me and my friend were talking to my mom when we were waiting for everyone to be seated and my friend was scared my mom said it.... the ride starts... be fine. I laughed my head off.

Best ride in Vegas!

If you like roller coasters then this is the ride for you! It may be short but it's sweet. Just be prepared for the very quick start! Love it, wish I was there now!

Great ride

Speed the Ride is a total blast and may be the most fun of the Vegas roller coasters. The LIM launch and mid ride boost are great and the loop, forward and back, is smooth. Ride the front for the best view at the top of the vertical climb and a lazy disorienting return through the loop

doesn't throw you around that much but you could tell it was a little old and it was on the side of the strip that is old and full of homeless people and crazy people. But if you are staying on this side of the strip then try it out was good for getting your adrenaline pumping and there was no line at night. but if you are staying near the NY NY or if MGM then I wouldn't suggesting walking over there its in the rougher area.

Such a thrill!

this ride gives you a blasting expierience while letting you see some of the scenery, that is, if your eyes can move fast enough. you loop twice once foreward and another BACKWARDS! This is a must see ride.

Speed is Awesome!

Me and my friend went to Vegas and was looking to do anything that we could to get our adrenaline pumping and well....this ride was go good that we actually rode it twice back to back. It was such an awesome adrenaline rush, I've never gotten such a rush from a roller coaster ride before and I've riden tons of them before. So trust me, if you are going to Vegas, You've got to ride this ride.

if you buy an all day pass it is greatly worth it. I did the 10 times on the coaster then dinner at nascar cafe which wasnt bad at all and then went on speed again.

Good ride....

The ride itself is very cool, but very short. I don't think for $10/pp it was worth it. It was not crowded at all... But you still have to wait until there are a certain amount of people before riding.
