This course was the original in Las Vegas, and any golfer who grew up in Las Vegas or lived here must have step foot upon its turf. The course is designed by the legendary William P. Bell. Although the design at Las Vegas Golf Club is now considered antiquated in today's new era of desert-style courses, it still provides a very enjoyable round of golf while offering players the chance to experience an authentic piece of Las Vegas history. Las Vegas Golf Club features a wide-open design that measures just over 6600 yards from the back tees. The course is not going to overwhelm the average golfer, and is the perfect venue for those traveling to Las Vegas with junior players or those just taking up the game. The mature, tree-lined fairways pose the only problem on the course, but the player who can keep the ball flying straight will post a low score at the end of the round.
