Tower Shops at Stratosphere, Las Vegas

Well for complaints I guess number one when we got there rooms weren't ready and we got there after 5 pm, We got a smoking room which I wanted because I am a smoker but even I had a hard time with the odor in the room, I have been been to lower scale hotels in smoking rooms and they never smelled like that. The comforter had burn holes in it, however rooms were cleaned every day. Left change out and nothing was ever taken, so felt they had honest employees. They did have nice shops and nice places to eat, really enjoyed 3 of the restaurants... Lucky's good food good service not to over priced, Roxys diner was alot of fun singing staff 50's music, burgers fries and the like, and Fellinis italian, high prices there but good food, ate there the 1st night and last night. Laundry facilities were free nice bonus there, had to buy detergent tho. Of course the casino was busy but fun, and of course had many bars to pick from. Stratosphere is a bit removed from the strip so we took the mono rail alot and taxis. Pool on the 8th floor was nice very nice bar tenders there. Husband rode a couple of the rides, I watched. Beautiful view from the top. Beds weren't much to rave about but I slept ok. guess thats about it.... oh one more thing we watched one movie and got charged for it 4 times make sure you check bill before leaving 13.99 times 4 adds up and it wasn't the only thing we got charged mulitple times for phone calls too. I only called 2 times but got whacked for it 2 times every day there.Plus you will have a resort fee of 5 per day that you are there, might not bother you but I didn't like the movie thing.56. for one movie. Just a heads up to check bill b4 leaving. guess thats it, I did enjoy our stay there wasn't in room that much so no serious complaints really.
