You will dine with an authentic Picasso hanging nearby and enjoy an exquisite Michelin Five Star Award dinner at the Bellagio Hotel. The Prix Fixe menu is a four-course gourmet selection. Recent offerings have included Poached Oyster appetizers, Roasted Langoustines, Sauteed Medallions of Fallow Deer, and French pastry for dessert. For the "tasting" menu, the chef selects a five-course meal that might include roasted Maine Lobster and Scallops, Sauteed Foie Gras, or Filet Mignon and dessert.
What's not to like - incredible food, amazing service - a great setting with nearly a hundred million dollars of original art around you and the fountains just outside the window. EXPENSIVE - but worth it!
I travel extensively for work and often dine alone. As a single diner, I often find a lack of attention from the wait staff at the finer restaurants. Not so at Picasso. I received as much, if not more, attention than others diners. Excellent descriptions of the food and wine as they were served and very genuine conversation.
The meal lasted 2 and 1/2 hours. We were immersed in beautiful surroundings (original Picasso paintings!); excellent service - understated but ever present and attentive; the food - in these most perfect smaller portions - was incredibly delicious and unlike any culinary delight I've experienced before: for example, warm quail salad which was 4 tiny quail legs that surrounded a creation of greens and nuts with a dressing that was perfect; our desserts were served on plates on which "Happy Anniversary" was written in chocolate; each course had a wine pairing served with it...divine and just enough to give one a taste of the wine but not too much.
Five stars do not really do the Picasso justice.
The service was simply outstanding. You can get a server to not do anything wrong at most of the top end places in Vegas, but this has been the one place, that I have found, to truly do everything right. Their phrases were refined, but didn't sound rehearsed or automated. By far the best service I have ever received.
The food was perfect. The texture, taste, temperature, and even sight of the food was prefect. The only area that the food wasn't phenomenal was the portion size. While the portions were pretty standard for a 5 star restaurant, and were perfect for me, they may leave a customer with an abnormal apatite a bit hungry.
Picasso offers one of the most outstanding dining experiences!!! Elegant ambience, impeccable service, knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff, excellent cuisine, and an extensive and great wine selection. BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!!
I invited all my wedding guest (35) to dine at Picasso the night of my wedding. From the day we booked to the time we left the restaurant, we were all treated to a wonderful and most memorable dinners ever had.
The wine pairings suggested were exquisite.
The food was outstanding.
If your staying at the bellagio, like all my guests us, then you will truely appreciate fine dining as offered at Picasso.
If you lack culture or have trouble reading the menu fluently before entering, this place is not for you.
Okay, so you are going to drop quite a bit of money on this meal, but you will not be disappointed. It is worth every penny. The prix fixe menu has broad selections that are exquisite both to your eye and pallete. Our service was outstanding (ask for Robert, if possible), although we noticed other tables had more than one "lead" waiter, which can be distracting. My significant other and I sat two tables away from the windows facing the dancing fountains and below two of Picasso's originals. It was quite a spectacle. If you are in the market to drop $350 (at the very least) on a meal in Vegas, do it here. It's a memorable experience.
This was a completely wonderful dining experience. We didn't have a reservation, which I don't personally recommend. I recommend making a reservation and asking for a table near the windows. Although we didn't have a reservation, the hostess was gracious and showed us the menu - in essence discreetly telling us what the price would be,
The food and wine were both exquisite. The menu has two choices either a 5 course degustation menu or a 4 course prix fixe menu. Each is available with a wine pairing. In addition, there was an extensive wine list.
The service was incredible. The entire wait staff and the sommelier were extremely friendly - not at all stuffy or condescending that you sometimes encounter at fine dining establishments.
Although expensive,it was well worth the price. Do NOT take children, they won't like it (unless you have a child with an extremely developed palate that likes foie gras and lobster), and it would only ruin other diner's experience.
The food was AMAZING but the sservice is what really made our meal. For those of you who haven't been there , you only get to choose from 2 options on a price-fixed menu. One is a 5 course chefs choice on the right side of the menu the other side of the menu allows you to choose some options that make up a 4 course meal. All the choices are so great it's hard to pick which one to try. The portions are small so you don't have that "over stuffed Thanksgiving feeling" when you leave. I highly recommend it!
Artwork is worth millions, service & ambience are not

Picasso is touted as the most romantic restuarants in Vegas, NOT!!! Picasso's policy is to allow the children of Bellagio guests in the restuarant. If your idea of romantic is a 3 year old running around other guest tables and squealing every time the fountains went off, be my guest. When management was approached about this intrusion upon other guests, they became belligerent about it. Go ahead and spend $300 before alcohol on a meal and you will think you are at a McDonald's playland.
