Pinot Brasserie, Las Vegas

A group of us visited the Pinot Brasserie during a yearly girl trip. We chose 3 fantastic restaurants to eat at this trip. Pinot, N9NE and The Stratosphere restaurant. It was our least expensive meal and topped the others in both food and service. The fillet was very tender, the French onion soup superb and the salads and desserts all perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It was the highlight of our trip and will go back every time I am in Vegas. Great food and the best service at a great price!

Nice atmosphere, good wine list, GREAT STEAKS and FABULOUS bread pudding dessert -- the chef's specialty! We'll definitely eat here again! I thought the service was a bit brisk; could have catered more to us.

I agree with every other review posted here. We intended to dine at Lutece, but could not get a reservation. Nor could we get a reservation at any other fine dining restaurant last minute. It was almost as if this restaurant was going unnoticed by all passers by, and we were seated immediately. What a treat. We ordered the lamb and the surf and turf as entrees, ceasar salad & lobster bisque soup for appetizers and 2 chocolate souffles for dessert. Everything was outstanding including the service. Overall, I feel it was a bit on the pricy side... but when in Vegas!

We found this restaurant while staying at the Venetian for our anniversary. We did not have reservations, but were seated as if we were the best of long time customers. The service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Our food was fabulous. The menu had so many wonderful sounding entrees that we are looking forward to going back soon. The ambiance was wonderful. Our dinner even included a little lagniappe from the chef..... We felt as if we had found a wonderful secret treasure to duck into out of the rain, even though it is in an indoor "restaurant row", it was cozy and warm, and my steak was most excellent. I really would like to thank the staff of this restaurant for a heavenly evening.

Be adventurous and try the Chef's selection, $100 prix fixe with wines when we were there, for a great meal. Six courses with a different wine, that the Chef shows off his talents in cooking, presentation and the accompanying wine. The service was almost perfect, there when you needed but not obtrusive at all.

What a great little secret, we found reservations when no other Restaurant had available. We ordered the Chateaubrian, 72.00 for 2 people- it was a great deal, excellent value for a delicious meal. Awesome service too! a true gem
