Description

Play Nebraska's only signature golf facility designed by Arnold Palmer. Located in northwest Omaha, the sprawling fairways resemble more of a country setting. Rolling hills and numerous bunkers challenge even the most precise hitters. All 18 holes are complete, with the final nine of this championship 27-hole course still under construction. Fees include a cart. Best Golf magazine calls this "one of the top 100 new courses in the U.S."

The Players club in Deer Creek is awesome. We go there all the time. The food is great and the golf course is cool!

Great test of Golf

This course is an Arnold Palmer design that plays, looks and feels much more like a Tom Fazio course. There is a big difference between the various tees which offer golfers of any ability a real test of their game. The course has some truly memorable holes. There are opportunities to score well on certain holes but the course is well bunkered and the back nine has a true Amen Corner (13-16) where water really challenges your skills. Throughout the course mistakes will definitely hurt you. A friendly staff and three different nines allow for flexibility and a great golf experience.

Tough track when you're off, birdie birage when you're on

This track is a "golfer's" golf course. If you pick the right tees for you ability, it is a great test of golf. If you game is on track, you can make some birdies. If you are even a little off, the water and strategically placed bunkers can help you post a big number. It requires good course management to score well. With regards to being able to be agressive: the fine line between pride and stupidity is success. If you take an agressive line and pull it off, you will see a birdie opportunity. If you mishit the shot, you will pay the price. I'll be back here again.
