A 6,500 yard, par 71 design makes this course a solid one. Players of all skill levels will feel comfortable, although new golfers may want to try a shorter course first. Water proves the biggest challenge, coming into play on nine of the 18 holes. Surprisingly, there is no driving range. Golfers can perfect their short game on the putting green or in the chipping area. All players have access to the clubhouse.
I golfed in a tournamnet there on Saturday June 14th. The last time I was there was several years ago when the course first opened. I remember thinking back then it would be a really nice course someday when they have mature trees at the tee boxes and throughout the course. I was very disappointed to see that very few trees had been planted and while waiting at the tee boxes we sat in the full sun. What a shame that several years of growing time have been wasted by this course.
