This popular, mid-city mall has it all: Sears, Dillard's, The Children's Place, Sam Goody, Hallmark, Barnes & Noble, KB Toys and other big names make it the local shopping hot spot. A large food court and plenty of indoor and outdoor parking provides the convenience necessary while shopping in bigger malls. Being located at a main crossing in town, one may experience traffic slowdowns during rush hour.

It's all over but the crying
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/10/09
This mall is dead. The entire upper floor is cordoned off, as there are no stores open up there. The roof leaks, and they seem to be in no hurry to repair it. My guess is Barnes and Noble are just riding their lease out. The new tattoo parlor is particularly charming though.

What a nice place to alot in little time.
By Marnee, 05/10/08
I go to the Crossroads for the simple fact that it does not matter what you look like when you go there. I always find a bargain and I don't have to elbow people in the stores to get through. The Sears is great, as well as Target. It has other stores you won't find anywhere else, the staff is friendly, not to mention, so are the customers. Not over crowded, so you can get in and out in no-time. I recommend you give it a shot.

Dead Zone Mall
By James, 11/12/07
filburt_girl .... Many years ago it was the teenagers hanging out and causing trouble that caused many casual shoppers to quit going there. There were shootings and stabbings outside the mall. The City Council brought on the "No Cruising" on Dodge Street it part because of the loitering at the mall. Whose fault? Management and the kids with nothing better to do. The mall overall has nothing that you cant get at Westroads to the west, or the strip mall at 72nd and Pacific. Other than Target, Crossroads is a bust.

Crossroads Mall, The Joke of Omaha
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/07
This Mall is horrible. The top floor no longer has any merchants. (supposedly they were going to put in doctors office back in april.) The roof is leaking and collapsing in many sections of the mall. Parts that public can see, and places they cannot. There are currently three places to eat there, Sbarros will be leaving here in a few short months. Sam Goody, Younkers, and Hallmark have been closed for a very long time. The smaller retailers are starting to dwindle down. Without the kiosks in the mall there is less than 30 stores total, if that. DO NOT GO TO THIS MALL AT ALL!!! take the 5 minutes and go to westroads.

Often Underrated
By Kate, 07/30/06
I probably like Crossroads for all the wrong reasons. First of all, unlike other malls in the area, it's rarely busy and overpopulated with teenagers. It's not a hang-out kind of a mall. When I want to hang out and go on serious shopping expeditions, I go to Westroads, but Crossroads is great if you need to run small errands. The Barnes and Noble is pretty nice, and the clerks at the Bath and Body Works aren't nearly as in-your-face as some of the ones in the West Omaha stores. The Old Navy is also nice---I tend to find a LOT of items on clearance. I'm assuming it's not nearly as busy as the West Omaha Old Navys, so more clearance stuff piles up. Sure, the food court is lackluster and they don't have all my favorite stores, but at least I can always find a place to park and I never have to worry about hoards of people. Crossroads has perks that other malls in West Omaha will never have.

Oldy, but goody!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/05
I live in Omaha, and I go to crossroads often. This mall is not given nearly enough credit! True, it doesnt have as wide of a selection in the food court as it used to, but this mall really is a great place to shop. It's not as crowded as the other area malls, and it's sure to have whatever you are looking for. The people are friendly and helpful, and the new Target should help it's popularity too! Crossroads mall is a great experience for anyone looking for great mall quality in a less-crowded mall!!

Stay away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/18/05
Never go here... all the stores are leaving and migrating to westroads... Target isn't going to help the, there will be no mall entrance, it will only hurt the mall. AVOID AT ALL COST

What you have and what stores rock!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/05
I espically like clarie's it has wonderful items, that I love. I also adore your food court and where it is. I don't like how many people just hang out at the mall and sit there. It's creepy!!!!!!!! You also need a sort of Hot topic clothing place at the mall. You should tell us what is going on with the future target.
