20 Grand Theatre, Omaha

We always like going there. Everyone is freindly and they always help when you need it, the Staff is great. Also, the atmosphere is awesome! We could go to the others near by but no way. We are sticking to the 20 Grand. Thanks for making our time to the movies enjoyable.

The customer service was great!!!!!! All the employees were smiling and worked very hard to give me a pleasant experience. I definetely will recommend this theatre as the theatre of choice when I choose to go out with my friends and family! It was a great experience and I find it best not to press my luck and try for better when I have clearly found something good. Thank you very much, you have trained your employees well. I had a great time and can't wait to go back and see another movie.

I LOVE THIS PLACE BECAUSE EVERYBODY IS SMILING!!! PEOPLE THERE LOVE TO HELP AND ARE ALWAYS OFFERING TO "GET ME A CARRIER" OR TO UPGRADE MY ORDER IF IT IS OF A BENEFIT TO ME!!! The atmosphere is great! I love going to movies there!!

The people that work there are amazing, the managers are funny, and they always fix whatever problem comes up. They are like a family down there!!!

This theatre was one of the best i have ever been to.The employes were very friendly and helpful, they also answered all of the questions that i had. The prices were also very reasonable and not that much. i will be going there very time i want to go to the movies, i love it there.
