Cahokia Mounds, Collinsville

It seemed to me that not nearly enough artifacts were on display .in the years that I have been going there .I once talked to a greeter there that grew up in the area and worked at the dog track as kid he said that he and his freinds used to throw artifacts at each other as they walked across the corn feilds to go to work at the dog track as kids imagine that .I wonder why so much of this history is in cabinets at universties and such where avide amatuers like muyself can't see it?I love a the pull of kahokia my spirit calss me there from time to time.thnanks for 3what you have done to save this place .
