The Cheesecake Factory, Las Vegas

The experience was amazing. The staff was excellent, the location was perfect. I highly recommended this restaurant to everyone.

What a wonderful place and the service was amazing!!!! I never once had to ask for a refill... I'm not sure if she was a server or not but Brenda brought out our food and got us bread with a side of ranch all with a smile. She even stopped by and asked my boyfriend and i if we we're visiting or locals. Each time she past by she ask my boyfriend if he would like a refill... He's a big drinker. What a wonderful friendly person and she really made us feel important we will be back!! Thanks Ali

I took my friend who was visiting from out of town here for a nice restaurant experience. Boy did we get an experience... My boyrfriend and I decided to share the factory combo of herb crusted salmon and shrimp scampi. The salmon was horribly undercooked in the middle! I told the waiter and he tried to tell me that it wasn't and that if I wanted I could get another cooked piece. At this point I was disgusted and wanted to order something else on the menu. The waiter then came back and jokingly said okay you only have to pay half price for the combo since we only got half a meal :/ He then said he convinced the managers to comp. the meal. I got my second plate of food which was also not very good. Disgusted and disappointed I decided that we were just going to order our desert and get the check. The combo had been comped as promise and we paid our bill. Whatever change was left, we gave to the waiter. As we were gathering our things he had the audacity to complain to us about his tip and said that he got us a free meal and spouted off some more bs as he walked away. Never in my life have I had this happen to me. We tipped the appropriate percent and he felt it wasn't enough and came to us, the patrons, and complained about something he should be grateful to receive. This was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I then told the managers and they were outraged. They told me that it was the waiters idea to only deduct half for the combo plate and theirs to comp the whole thing. Not only was this waiter, named REX (?), rude and out of line, he was a LIAR. The manager there was very apologetic and proceeded to the bakery to give me my choice of deserts. This however, does not change the fact that we had a horrible, bland, undercooked meal and were treated like scum by their greedy rude waiter. My friend from out of town never wants to eat at a Cheesecake Factory when she comes to Las Vegas ever again.

Love Cheesecake Factory, and have been involved with their cheesecake since they started 32 years ago...a small place that made cheesecakes and salads in our town of Calabasas, CA. I have watched them grow, and delight in the excellence of their food. Recently at their new one at Americana Mall in Glendale, we tried the firecracker salmon rolls...was a great appetizer, and finished with godiva chocolate cheesecake, could have died and gone to heaven after that meal. Well priced as well!!

Everytime I visit a Cheesecake Factory location, I'm am pleased with the overall quality. I have been to three now: 2 in the LA area and 1 in Las Vegas. I hope to visit them all. The food is delicious. If you don't have one of their signature cheesecakes, you're missing out. Take some time out and go visit one.

I'm glad everyone else enjoyed it, but for me and my wife, it might as well have been Applebee's. Food was average at best and, aside from a large selection, the cheesecake was no better than dozens of other places that I have eaten. Like another reviewer said, seating was way too close together and felt like a cafeteria. Save your money.

Where ELSE do you go for cheesecake? Sure, they have more. Sure, it's good. But this place can't be beat for cheesecake so it's where we go when we want a decedant slice!
