It wouldn't be a Hawaiian restaurant if it didn't serve Spam. L&L serves it up at least 3 different ways: Spam Saimin, Spam Musubi and my fave Spam, eggs & rice. The chicken katsu is tasty and tender. Add a little katsu sauce and you're good to go. The Loco Moco is as good as you'll taste anywhere and their own version of Hawaiian BBQ beef or chicken are great values. Any of their saimin dishes will satisfy your hunger without emptying your pockets. Order the kalua pork! I haven't tried much of their various seafood dishes with the exception of the shrimp curry. This dish was served with about 6 or 7 average size shrimps and chunks of carrot that were all literally drowning in curry sauce. I'm not a big curry eater so I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be served. The curry sauce was relatively mild and I usually am pretty sensitive to spicy foods.
