Kaleidoscope, Kansas City

I could hardly wait to have a child of my own to take, and she just loves the place. She always asks to go. We try to go for every holiday, since they change things. The melted crayons are the best!!!!

I loved the puzzle maker and everything it was just so so so so so FUN!!! Plus it was FREE!!! I am totally going again!!!!!!

They let in sooo many kids! There was not enough room for everyone to have fun! I still enjoyed myself-as did my neices and nephew-but we couldn't use all the stations because there were kids pushing and shoving. I would still recommend it because it was free.

It's Free! How can you not like something that is free! Kids and freedom to create with Hallmark supplies...and the puzzle machine still makes puzzles from your pictures just like from when I was 5! Fun for independent sessions(5-12yr olds) and Family Fun for Family Sessions...call ahead for times but it is worth a visit! While there don't miss the Hallmark Visitors Center(and cry at all the old commercials) and inside ajoining crown center...Fritz's train restraunt(a train brings your lunch) and the Halls model train store... Lots of fun for the kids! Momto3!

I liked the atmosphere of the place and all the information about halmark and how they made the ribbons. I had a great time while I was there with my family.

I went here as a child on a school field trip. I can't wait to take my kids. It was truly a learning and educational experience. I recomend ages between 3rd and 5th grade students should experience Kaleidoscope.

Excellent place for kids. Enhances creativity! Great place to go. Right near everything exciting in the kansas city area too.Plan to visit many more times!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I loved it as a kid growing up in KC and I love it even more now that my own kids are able to find the joy in art!! A must see/do when in the area.

I remember going to Kaleidescope as a kid on Saturday mornings. My dad used to take me and a friend occasionally and those Saturday mornings at Kaleidescope are some of the best memories I have. I've never been in any other place that stimulates so much creativity. It is truly a magical wonderland for children. I don't have any kids of my own yet, but I try to think of nieces or nephews, friends' kids, etc that may want to go just so I can revisit Kaleidescope myself. This would certainly be something worth paying admission for, but unbelievably admission is FREE!!

Whenever we make a stop in Kansas City, we stop every time. We have 3 kids ages 2-6 and they never want to leave. The amazing part is how much this appeals to all ages. My wife and I hate to leave also!!! If you will be in Kansas City, you HAVE to stop in.
